About this role
Join the Kitt Peak Visitor Center as a part-time, seasonal Evening Guide supporting public astronomy programs. You'll operate telescopes, lead Nightly Observing Programs, and engage diverse audiences with astronomy education. This role requires strong public speaking skills, night sky knowledge, and a passion for science communication. Most shifts are at 6,800 ft elevation; transportation and meals provided. Opportunities for growth in advanced programs available.
