SMS Equipment is seeking an Operations Manager, Remanufacturing. This is a highly influential leadership role, accountable for the performance, safety, and engagement of approximately 200 employees. As the senior operational leader, you will oversee end-to-end remanufacturing performance—production planning and execution, quality assurance, safety, labor and resource allocation, and continuous improvement. You will champion SMS Equipment’s commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and high-quality customer service while leading both direct and indirect teams. This role ensures that remanufactured components meet both internal standards and customer expectations, while maximizing productivity and minimizing costs.
