About this role
Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage Department by assuming responsibility for obtaining, preparing, and serving attractive and nourishing meals to residents and guests in accordance with Registered Dietitian “RD” menus; supervising all Food & Beverage department staff; managing the department budget; adhering to company policies and procedures; complying with applicable federal, state and local laws & regulations.
