The SLFNHA is an organization which has a mandate to coordinate the delivery of health services to the First Nations communities in the Sioux Lookout Zone. SLFNHA is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to be responsible for the physician recruitment needs of the Sioux Lookout Regional Physician Services (aka SLRPSI). The Recruiter - Physician Services plays a critical role by using both traditional recruitment efforts and developing new and creative strategies to start the initial engagement process/experience with physicians in order to attract them to the region as a possible locum or contract physician. The Recruiter is a key player to the relationship building and communication between the physicians and SLFNHA Physician Services team.
