Seeking an IT Systems Technician III to perform hands-on technical services related to the workstation and endpoint environment, including hardware repair, configuration, installation, emergency swaps, and user support. Provides Tier-2 technical expertise to maintain secure, reliable workstation operations and support business productivity. Participates in on-call rotation for emergency services 24×7.
