About this role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing all customer requirements across multiple systems, serving as the primary interface between the SCC and Sales, and delivering exceptional customer support both internally and externally. It ensures that all service and support needs of the Sales team are met while contributing to a positive and collaborative SCC team environment, with a strong focus on achieving corporate objectives and driving overall company success. In addition, the position includes mentoring, training, and supporting CSR 1s and new CSR 2s, as well as providing backup and deputy support for CSR 3 responsibilities.
