About this role
As a Interventional Dry Eye Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting targeted leads, demoing the Sight Sciences TearCare device and adding new customer sites. Additionally, you will engage with and activate existing TearCare customers to increase utilization of disposables. Finally, you will partner with a Therapy Development Specialist to ensure effective training, onboarding and ongoing utilization of the TearCare System. In this role, you will lead by example with consistent high-level performance, while coaching, mentoring, and helping develop others.
