About this role
The Adult Residential Treatment Center (RTC) provides services for persons ages 18 and older with serious mental illness, including individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders or development disabilities. Our teams craft individualized plans for the residents to reach the highest level of recovery possible. This direct care position will provide a safe and therapeutic environment that encourages the overall independence and wellbeing of your clients. This is a full-time position working Tuesday–Saturday 7AM – 3PM in Frederick, MD.
