About this role
Sheppard Pratt is seeking a Registered Nurse for a non-supervisory Assistant Director role within its Health Home program. This is a salaried, Monday-Friday position (8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.) with no evening or weekend requirements. In this role, you will support the whole-person care by identifying gaps between behavioral and physical health services and helping develop prevention strategies to ensure all care needs are met.
