About this role
Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for assigned surgical patients. Provide and perform oversight, delegation, and coordination of total nursing care with other health care team members to provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and facilitating optimal surgical outcomes.
