About this role
Project Manager: Provide leadership and oversight for all phases of civil/heavy/highway/industrial/water-wastewater construction projects including coordinating employees, subcontractors, material, and equipment; interfacing directly with Owners and Engineers; ensuring contracts and specifications are followed; sequencing work appropriately to meet project schedules; and safety and quality standards are met. Estimating: Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates for civil/heavy/highway/industrial/water-construction projects. Proficiency is required in determining costs in one or more of the following areas; earthwork, concrete structures, concrete paving, drainage, process and utility piping, and bridges. Experience preparing pre-bid construction schedules is also a must.
