This role provides care, supervision, and developmental support while planning and implementing organized activities, smooth transitions, and developmentally appropriate curriculum across all learning domains. The Educare Teacher mentors and trains staff on teaching strategies, behavior guidance, and classroom management, while maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment. This position also leads clear communication with families, conducts family conferences, supports child transitions, and partners with management on individual child needs and behavior concerns.
