About this role
This position is responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing operational activities of warehousing and logistics for multiple warehouses within an assigned region. Essential Duties: Develops and implements policies and procedures governing the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse items. Supports the organization’s supply chain strategy through maintenance of appropriate inventory levels and timely distribution of goods. Ensures warehouse operations comply with regulations governing materials handling, storage and distribution. Works with Human Resources in handling all associate issues including but not limited to hiring, feedback, disciplinary actions and termination as measured through ass
