About this role
Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Recruitment, The Associate Director for Adult Degree Programs will be responsible for planning and operations of online and on-campus academic initiatives in the following areas: Undergraduate degree programs for non-traditional and adult learners Credit-bearing certificate programs Extended Studies: Non-credit bearing academic and professional development programs and continuing education credits The Associate Director for Adult Degree Programs will collaborate with internal and external partners to identify, develop and implement new programs and grow existing ones to meet student needs, support the University's mission and strategic plan, and reflect institutional strengths and priorities.
