About this role
Reporting to the Sr Director, Creative Solutions, the Group Account Director serves as the primary lead for Sentrex’s creative agency, acting as a strategic partner for our clients, and leading a high-performing team of Account Managers. You will lead strategic direction from facilitation of brand planning to oversight of tactical deliverables across multiple client accounts, ensuring alignment to objectives, operational excellence and client satisfaction. In addition, you will play a key role in business development by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, supporting new proposals and pitches, and helping shape innovative solutions that enhance Sentrex’s agency offerings - positioning Creative Solutions as a key differentiator to the overarching Sentrex business.
