About this role
The Classroom Counselor works as a part of a team to provide a holistic, humanizing, and empowering learning environment for students. The School-Based Counselor utilizes a strengths-based approach to employ creative, individualized interventions that honor students’ full and intersectional identities and are aimed at supporting students to achieve their identified goals. The Classroom Counselor collaborates with families and other education service providers to build a network of support for students at school and in the world beyond.
