As a Youth Stabilization Specialist, you will utilize your expertise to instill hope in youth by providing daily care, guidance, and emotional support in our program. Our multidisciplinary team aims to provide healing-centered and culturally responsive treatment for youth to uphold our value of respect as we actively support each youth’s stabilization and development. You’ll help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that promotes emotional, behavioral, and social growth.
