About this role
Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Perennial Park apartment community in Bozeman, MT. This is a Tax Credit property with 96 units. This position will pay up to $28.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
Optional On-Site Housing: Subject to availability and applicable property, program, and occupancy requirements, a one-bedroom apartment with no monthly rent may be available while employed at this property. On-site residency is optional and is not a condition of employment. Any housing arrangement will be documented in a separate written housing agreement, and utilities or other housing-related charges may apply.

What You Will Do
The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and Requirements
• Maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
