Basic Job Function: This position is responsible for the overall repairs and maintenance of Sea Island property, including but not limited to equipment, furnishings, plumbing, heating and air, and building maintenance. Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience to all of our guests, members, and employees. Promote the Sea Island legacy of warm genuine hospitality while upholding and ensuring compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
