About this role
We are looking for a C++ Developer specialized in Anti-Cheat development to join our team at esportal.com. You will be working on implementing and maintaining our Anti-Cheat system, dealing with complex debugging scenarios and continuous improvement of our security measures.
Responsibilities:
• Implementing code according to specifications and working through our backlog of features;
• Debugging and analyzing complex scenarios in Windows kernel mode environment;
• Maintaining and improving our Anti-Cheat system in an ongoing cat-and-mouse game with cheat developers;
• Collaborating with team members through direct communication channels when needed;
Requirements:
• Proven experience with modern C++ (C++14 or newer) including template programming;
strong debugging skills using Visual Studio and working in Windows environments;
• Practical experience with Git version control and merge workflows;
• Minimum 5 years of programming experience (including hobby projects);
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Comfortable working with Windows kernel mode development;
• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours within CET/CEST time zone;
• Experience with modern C++23 codebase is a plus;
