Job Description:
We are looking for a resourceful Hospitality Officer to handle the hospitality side of our esports events. You will be part of our existing hospitality crew and be responsible for booking the flights & hotels, arranging the local transportation, airport transfers, catering, and other relevant aspects.
Among other things, a Hospitality Officer should be ready to offer immediate assistance, to possess very good social skills, and to be a pleasant and helpful presence.
Responsibilities:
• Suggest itineraries & book flights for players, talent, staff, guests
• Create flights manifest and share the final itineraries, as well as other travel-related information with the relevant people/groups
• Gathering player/talent/staff information or necessary documentation for hospitality purposes
• Find suitable hotels for different events, in accordance with various criteria, negotiate contracts and book accommodation for players, staff, talent, etc.
• Create documents such as rooming lists, travel manifests, player guides, talent guides, guest lists, etc.
• Event venue scouting based on various criteria such as region, capacity, event dates, size, etc.
• Arrange & coordinate the local transportation and airport transfers for players, talent, staff, guests
• Arrange catering services for different events, based on the number of people, dietary restrictions, budgets, etc.
• After-party locations scouting and booking
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• A positive and problem-solving attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
• High proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Google Drive - Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms
• Flexibility to travel abroad for events and work varying hours, including nights or weekends.
