About this role
The Administrator on Duty is responsible for providing administrative oversight to the residents and staff of the RTC in the absence of the Residential Director and Program during evening and weekend hours. The primary purpose of the AOD is to support and monitor the appropriate, safe, and effective implementation of program activities and agency procedures as well as respond to and direct activities during crisis situations. The AOD is responsible for notifying all parties and completing paperwork regarding situations. The AOD is responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing ratios during their shift as well as environmental safety.
