About this role
The Assistant Director of Nursing Care (ADNC) is a key member of the Village leadership team responsible for supporting the clinical programs and key quality outcomes in the Village. The ADNC provides leadership to the nursing department team members to ensure all expectations are being met by leveraging the teams’ strengths.
