About this role
The Network Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of broadband network infrastructure supporting video, voice, data, transport, and fiber services. This position supports Headend operations, network performance, regulatory compliance, and service reliability across the organization's broadband network. This position may be filled at the Network Technician I, II, or III level. Placement will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, technical expertise, certifications, and demonstrated competencies.
