The Jr. Deal Specialist is an entry-level, development-focused role designed to build foundational skills across AT&T deal execution. This position supports the team by contributing to the pricing queue, assisting with post-implementation order activities, and supporting commission inquiry research, while gradually developing the knowledge required to manage full deal lifecycles. This role does not initially own contract creation or complex order submission but is expected to train into those responsibilities over time. Success in this role is demonstrated through accuracy, responsiveness, strong attention to detail, and the ability to apply training into real-world deal support.
