SUMMARY This experienced team member will spearhead operational and process excellence throughout the production environment. Their role includes business case development and execution of capital procurement and installation. They will develop and implement standard operating procedures and processes, and their hands-on role will keep safety, quality, and productivity at the forefront. One of their core responsibilities will be to implement new equipment and production lines for all locations, paving the way for growth and innovation. Their use of data gathering, internal communication, and vendor communications will be key to executing projects successfully. Lastly, they will uphold best-in-class safety, ergonomics, and lean manufacturing principles.
