About this role
SUMMARY The TAG Scientist supports implementation and continuous improvement of product specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and manufacturing processes across facilities. This role works closely with Operations, QA, and R&D to maintain product consistency, troubleshoot production issues, support change control, and analyze factory data. The individual must be driven, detail‑oriented, and possess strong understanding of manufacturing processes and fermentation principles.
