SUMMARY The Production Supervisor leads the shift team to ensure a safe work environment, maintain food safety and quality standards, and meet productivity goals. This role is responsible for overseeing operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the development of team members’ skills and capabilities, proactively addressing production issues, and ensuring production schedules and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
