SUMMARY The Intake Operator plays a critical role in ensuring raw milk integrity, food safety, and overall product quality. The Intake Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and sanitary receiving and handling of raw milk used in the cheese manufacturing process. This role involves operating intake systems, performing quality checks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all milk handling equipment and receiving areas are properly cleaned and sanitized in accordance with regulatory and company standards. Hours for this role are 7am-7pm.
