The Regional EH&S Manager is Samet's safety leader across the Charlotte region's project portfolio. Working hands-on across multiple active job sites, you'll champion our Safety and Incident Prevention Program, serve as the trusted technical resource for project teams, and hold the line on compliance and culture. It is a role with real responsibility for the thing that matters most — the safety and wellbeing of every person who steps onto a Samet site. Your mission is straightforward: make sure every team member, trade partner, client, and community member goes home safely, every single day. You'll set the tone for our safety culture and deliver it The Samet Way — with rigor, follow-through, and genuine care for the people behind the work.
