As a Superintendent I, you're the leader on the ground — running construction projects from start to finish and making sure the work gets built safely, on schedule, on budget, and to the high standard Samet is known for. You'll lead the field team, coordinate trade partners, and keep owners, designers, and stakeholders aligned from the first day through closeout. This is a role with real ownership.
