About this role
Samet's Greensboro office is seeking an MEP technical expert to manage the complete lifecycle of highly complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in mission-critical environments — from pre-construction and design-assist through commissioning and turnover on our most technically demanding projects. This is not a standard commercial construction role. As MEP Manager, you'll be the single point of accountability for delivering these projects. You'll own the full lifecycle of complex MEP systems, from pre-construction and design-assist through energization, commissioning, and turnover.
