About this role
The Cash Posting Specialist leads A/R payment and cash‑application processes, ensuring accurate posting, reconciliation, and daily interface success. They partner with A/R teams to improve customer‑centric workflows, reduce errors, influence tech needs, support new tools, and drive continuous improvement. They handle cash receipts, remittances, and month‑end tasks while resolving data issues. This is a full-time remote position that will be required to come on-site for onboarding and equipment pick-up (2 DAYS ONLY). This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST.
