You’ll guide project teams that include yourself and 3+ engineering professionals, while managing a diverse portfolio of projects totaling $600K+ in annual engineering services. You’ll play a key leadership role across all project phases, ensuring exceptional delivery, strong financial performance, and an outstanding client experience. Beyond execution, you’ll build trusted, long-term client relationships and help identify new business opportunities, making a direct impact on both project success and firm growth.
