About this role
The Jarvie Memorial Family Lodge On-Call Program Aide will be an on-demand support for the homeless shelter program. The On-Call Program Aide will work as needed to cover for employees who are on leave, sick, or on vacation. Primarily, this may include program aide work, cooking responsibilities, entry-level casework, and crisis resource management. They will be offered training opportunities in each of these areas and will be expected to operate as relief for each other when needed. The position is On-Call, and employees will be given as much notice as possible with a shift is available based on program needs.
