About this role
Give oversight to and leadership over operations of the Aquatics programs, Splash Pad, and facilities. Develop and maintain all aquatics-related programming, including, but not limited to adult group exercise classes, swim lessons, CRP/First Aid classes, lifeguard certification sessions, and open swim usage. Provide supervision to Aquatics employees. Mentor support staff in carrying out supervision of employees. Work with the Facilities Department to ensure that all equipment and program supplies assigned to Aquatics Department are properly inventoried and maintained. Ensure that regular preventative maintenance is performed and logged, and all defects are reported in a timely manner, items removed from usage if deemed necessary.
