About this role
The Recovery Housing program is a two year transitional housing program for adults who have completed residential drug treatment. The progam offers comprehensive case management, recovery support services, career development and cultivates a transformative community based on the principles of recovery, accountability and service. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Case Manager’s main goal is to address the needs of HTL Recovery Housing participants and cultivate a transformational community. The goal of the program is to improve long-term recovery outcomes, support lifelong success, and help participants transition to financial stability, permanent housing, and lasting self-sufficiency.
