About this role
Responsible for the oversight of the fulfillment of the overall mission of The Salvation Army in the management of all programs in Mesquite Coordinate, monitor and evaluate all Salvation Army Social Service programs in the City of Mesquite. Ensure grant compliance and timely necessary statistical reporting, particularly for the workforce Connections Programs. Provide direct oversight and management of billing required for contract compliance Ensure compliance with The Salvation Army National Social Service Standards. Recruit, train, resource and supervise all staff.
