Performing repair or general Maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting tasks; both routine and emergency Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Supervise client Pre-Employment Training activities as directed by supervisor. Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure that all assigned jobs are completed in a timely manner. Maintain compliance with the Salvation Army safety codes and OSHA requirements with all buildings and grounds. Keep all OSHA data sheets up-to-date and complete.
