About this role
The SafeStreets Field Ops Team is searching for experienced Team Captains to pioneer a new position within the Captain program. Lead Captains will be working closely with Field Ops Leadership, Business Performance Leaders, Team Captains, and SSP’s in which these individuals will manage and own the performance, morale, training, and ensure the proper tools are being utilized by the SSP within their assigned regions.
