About this role
Function: Reporting to the Director of Marketing and E-Commerce, the E-Commerce Manager will lead and manage overall operations of the Runnings.com online shopping experience including content development, marketing and merchandising, customer experience, customer support, inventory control, market analysis and execution of initiatives. This position will collaborate with multiple departments and resources to ensure that the E-Commerce site runs smoothly, orders are processed timely and accurately, and customer service is optimal.
