About this role
The Experience Director/Pastor’s primary role is to oversee the vision and strategy of the weekend experience at their respective campus. They hold the standard of the Saddleback weekend experience from streets to seats. Along with that, they also assist in helping people take their next faith steps with new believer and baptisms at their campus.
