About this role
As an Inclusive Living Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of supported living homes. You’ll lead and mentor a group of dedicated front line staff, manage care delivery and scheduling, ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Measures, and act as a critical link between families, health providers, and the community. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to play a critical part in developing partnerships with local educational institutions, helping introduce future health care professionals to the life-changing impact of working with vulnerable populations.
