The Supervisor, Interdisciplinary Service Evolution is an operational leadership role that translates Rygiel’s evolving service models into a day-to-day reality for people with complex support needs, supervising the Social Service Workers who provide direct support and ensuring continuity, quality, and compliance across each person’s full support picture. This role sits at the intersection of team supervision, case coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Supervisor leads and supports Direct Support Professionals on their caseload, ensures that supports are delivered in line with each person’s plan and regulatory requirements, and contributes to interdisciplinary planning alongside clinical and behavioural partners.
