RubinBrown is seeking a highly motivated and experienced State & Local Tax (SALT) Manager to join our Management Team. The SALT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of state and local income tax compliance, planning, audits, and consulting for a diverse client base. This individual will collaborate directly with firm partners and team members in delivering superior quality income tax consulting and compliance services. The SALT Manager is responsible for the development, motivation, and supervision of SALT engagement team members. This includes providing leadership, coaching, and career guidance to foster a high-performing team and ensure the delivery of superior quality and service to clients.
