About this role
The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial oversight, performance analysis, and strategic support of RTC’s proprietary product business. This role combines traditional controllership responsibilities with forward-looking financial planning and analysis to drive profitability, reduce risk, and provide for informed business decisions. Several corporate/global level business planning and analysis responsibilities, including in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; cash flow planning and ad hoc analysis and presentations. This position partners closely with US Sales and Operations, Sr. Leadership, and Regional Financial Managers to ensure financial integrity, actionable reporting, and data-driven insights that support revenue growth and margin improvement.
