RubinBrown LLP is seeking a Manager in our M&A / Transaction Services practice, part of our growing Consulting Services group. The team delivers buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, along with tax and IT diligence, on domestic and international transactions with enterprise values of up to $750M, partnering with private equity firms, family offices, strategic acquirers, and business owners on 150+ transactions annually.
