• Running the floor like a pro—smooth, sharp, and service-first
• Keeping the team synced up and the vibe strong
• Jumping in to serve, solve problems, and lead from the front
• Training new hires, leading pre-shift huddles, and setting the tone
• Acting as the go-to person between front + back of house
• Helping leadership keep operations on point and guests coming back
Who You Are:
• A top-tier server with leadership instincts and a love for teamwork
• Calm under pressure (like, full section, full house calm)
• A motivator, a problem-solver, and a do-it-right-the-first-time kind of human
• Comfortable giving feedback, solving issues, and keeping morale high
• 2+ years in food service, with lead or key-holder experience
