About this role
Position Purpose: Provides mental health rehabilitation services to clients and families to decrease hospitalization, crisis episodes, and to increase community functioning for the client to achieve rehabilitative, resiliency and recovery goals. Participate as a team member in the delivery of mental health services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations. Behavior Health Care Services will be delivered full-time on site at Good Shepherd YMCA Rockford, IL 61103.
