The Director ensures continuity of services across teams and shifts while upholding ethical, legal, and moral standards within a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards; guiding clinical model fidelity, supporting workforce development, and partnering closely with operations to Maintain seamless client experience.
